Delivery and return conditions for food

Delivery conditions

We deliver your order carefully packaged and in compliance with all applicable hygiene and food safety regulations. Shipping is exclusively to addresses within the EU via specialized logistics partners to ensure compliance with the cold chain and product safety.

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, but may vary depending on product availability and delivery address. You can find detailed information in your order summary.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Please note that according to Article 16(e) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, there is no right of withdrawal for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery.

Likewise, the right of withdrawal is excluded for perishable foodstuffs or those whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (Article 16(d) of the Directive).

Therefore, all food products offered by us – in particular fresh produce, chilled products and individually assembled or sealed food packages – are excluded from cancellation and return once they have been dispatched.

Defects and complaints

If your products are delivered damaged, spoiled, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at [your email address / phone number]. Please have your order number and relevant photos ready so we can process your request quickly.
